Bakkhali Tour Plan

Bakkhali Tour

Bakkhali is a small village situated in the South of West Bengal. It is island and situated in the sea beach of Bay of Bengal.

How to Reach:
It is around 130 kms from Capital of West Bengal, Kolkata. From Sealdah station you can take train to Namkhana. From there you need to cross river by boat and then take bus or shuttle which will reach you to Bakkhali.

Best Time Visit:

Anytime is good to visit this place. Avoiding monsoon is better due to high tide.

What You can do:

Plan for 2 days visit is enough for this place. You can enjoy sea beach in the morning and afternoon. There are lots of fresh fish stalls in the sea beach during evening. Don't forget to bargain. Try to book nearby Hotels of Sea Beach. Please check google reviews before booking. There are few good hotels out there.

I would mention to stay in the West Bengal Government Lodge there. This would be very nice stay and food out there is very good. Try some outside foods like Galda Prawn, Pomfret from various restaurants on the street. They are lovely and cheap in price.
You can take one day to visit nearby places of Bakkhali. Windmill, Crocodile Park, Henry's Island and few more places. But spending evening in the sea beach with fresh fish is worthy.

Egypt Travel Guide

The place of History - Egypt The wind whispered secrets from the past as I stood at the edge of the desert, where the golden sands stretched endlessly, and time seemed to pause. Egypt—a land of pharaohs, pyramids, and powerful stories etched in stone—was waiting to unfold its mysteries before me. My journey through Egypt wasn’t just a trip; it was a walk-through history, culture, and soul-stirring beauty. Day 1–2: Cairo – Where the Ancient Meets the Alive I arrived in Cairo , a city that never sleeps, buzzing with honking taxis, bustling souks, and the constant rhythm of life. But even amidst the chaos, history was always close by. The next morning, I stood before the Pyramids of Giza , their silhouettes rising against the pale sky like guardians of another world. The Sphinx , majestic and mysterious, watched silently as I tried to grasp the fact that I was standing beside one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Later, at the Egyptian Museum , I walked past treasures from ...
