Pune is cultural city and within distance you can explore lots of places.

Best Time to visit:
You can visit any time in Pune as climate is so soothing here, though you can avoid summer. 

How to Reach: 

You can reach by train to Pune Junction or by air it is connected to nearest airport PNQ.

Places to Visit:  

I am sharing some places that I visited and way to explore. 

Shaniwar Wada Fort: 

Shaniwar Wada in Pune is a historical palace and fort Built in 1732, it was the seat of the Peshwas of the Maratha Empire until 1818, when the Peshwas lost control to the British East India Company after the Third Anglo-Maratha War.

Aga Khan Palace: 

The Aga Khan Palace was built by Sultan Muhammed Shah Aga Khan III in Pune, India. The palace was an act of charity by the spiritual leader of the Nizari Ismaili Muslims, who wanted to help the poor in the neighboring areas of Pune, who were drastically hit by famine. The Aga Khan Palace is a majestic building.



Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Temple:

It is one of the oldest Ganapati temples in Pune, situated the heart of Pune city. The idol is 2.2 meter tall and wearing 40-50 Kgs of gold. During the Ganapati festive season, the temple gets special attraction. You can visit here from morning 6 AM to 11 PM.

Osho Ashram:  It is situated in the Koregaon Park in Pune. Good place for calmness and serenity.
